We ship throughout the United States, subject to the delivery addresses available at checkout.
- Orders under $69.99: A shipping fee of $7.99 applies.
- Orders of $69.99 or more: Free shipping.
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7–10 business days.
- Estimated total delivery time: Generally 8–13 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Orders successfully confirmed by 6:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day begin their processing period that day. Orders confirmed after 6:00 PM CT, as well as orders placed on weekends or applicable non-business days, begin processing on the next business day.
We may use carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Weather, holidays, carrier operations, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

6. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped. Approval depends on the order's status and applicable conditions. Please submit your request as early as possible by email or phone and include your order number.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled through our standard cancellation process. After receiving your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under our applicable policy.
For approved cancellations that qualify for a refund, we generally initiate the refund within 1–3 business days after approval and satisfaction of the applicable refund conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

We offer a 35-day return and exchange service, subject to the conditions in our applicable policy. This service does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
For returns due to personal reasons, you are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise. For verified defective, incorrect, or shipping-damaged items for which we are responsible, we will cover the applicable costs in accordance with our policy.
